By accessing, browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

Payment

We use Stripe.com for all transactions on this site. Please read their terms and conditions for use. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Delivery

Same day delivery on orders made before 2pm in the Tauranga area. In the unlikely event your flowers are not received please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the order. If the recipient is not home we will leave the flowers in the safest secure location we can find. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred. Adore Flowers will not be responsible for failure to deliver due to an incorrect address, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.

Cancellations

We are happy to provide a full refund (minus $15 administration fee) for any cancellation. We are unable to accept cancellation on the day of delivery as the flowers and courier would have been ordered.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products or flowers with similar value products on any listed items. As flowers are seasonal, specific flowers or colours may not always be available, we will make every effort to substitute with a similar sized and shaped products.

Privacy

Adore Flowers values our customers privacy highly, we request personal information such as full name, email and and phone number to assist us provide the best service possible. We will not pass on private details to any third party unless required by law.

Returns

Adore Flowers prides itself on providing quality products to its customers. It you are not happy for any reason please return them or provide photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
